What is the appeal of Kendo?

A means by which to endlessly explore and develop oneself through interaction with others, in short, it's fun!

Wearing armor allows you to practice fairly with your companions at all times. After practice, you can get close to anyone.

When I was a child, I had symptoms of asthma, and I was told that kendo, which involves shouting loudly, was good for my health, so I started it. At first, I enjoyed it a lot, but in the middle of elementary school it was hard, but from the higher grades, I enjoyed seeing the results of my hard practice, and I still continue it to this day.
